The Grand Thali is designed to serve up to 5 hungry adults and 2 children, or a maximum of **5 adults. 2 x Children under the age of 10 eat free.
We also offer a Children’s Thali with Chicken or Daal with Rice and Naan @ £ 11.95 which can be shared by 2 Children.
2. Do you offer a vegetarian Grand Thali?
Yes, we offer a fully vegetarian version of the Grand Thali.
3. Are the meats Halal?
Yes, all meats used in our Grand Thali are Halal.
4. Can the Grand Thali be made gluten-free or without onion or garlic?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate gluten-free or allergen-free requests for the Grand Thali. It is not suitable for those with serious allergies.
5. How much does the Grand Thali cost?
– Vegetarian Grand Thali* (up to 5 guests): £128 + 12.5% service charge = £144

7. Can 3 people try the Grand Thali?
Yes! You can order the Grand Thali for 3 people, but please be prepared to take any leftovers home. We provide complimentary boxes to reduce waste. The cost per head will range between £48-£55, or you may opt for a smaller Thali, priced at £24 per head.
8. Can 7-10 people try the Grand Thali?
The Grand Thali is served for up to 5 guests, but you can add up to 2 extra guests at £23 each. For larger groups, we recommend ordering from our main menu or ordering two smaller Grand Thalis.
We reserve the right to refuse and cancel a large booking of 7-10 adult people looking to share One Grand Thali without a extra person surcharge.
9. What is the table time limit?
– Weekdays: Maximum 2 hours 30 minutes
– Weekends: Maximum 2 hours
It takes around 1 hour for the Grand Thali to be prepared, so if there’s a delay, your table time will be extended automatically.
A typical Grand Thali Experience is our unique tasting and sharing journey is as follows:
Within 15-20 Minutes – Drinks are served
Within 20-25 Minutes- Starters usually Chaat Couse of Aloo Tikki and Boyfriend Chaat arrives on table
Within 35-45 minutes- Middle Course of Grilled Items or Pani Puri Shots arrives on table
The Pani Puri Water aids digestion and gets our diners ready for a indulging platter of curries.
Within 60-75 minutes- Full Grand Thali with Curries, Rice and Breads arrive.
This allows for 60 minutes for consumption and sharing the Thali.
We usually do not ask for tables to be vacated unless they are booked back to back.
Takeaway containers are provided for left-overs to avoid any wastage.
10. Will the items change?
Yes, the items in the Grand Thali change daily, depending on the chef’s specials. While we can’t guarantee every dish, rest assured no one ever leaves hungry from the Grand Thali experience!
